SEAN PARKER AND PAUL GREARS
Having worked together in the building industry for over 20 years, we formed Parker Grears Developments Ltd in 2019. We have since grown a capable, professional team of building contractors and house builders. We only use accredited Gas Safe engineers, NICEIC registered/Part P qualified electricians and time-served joiners for 1st-fix and 2nd-fix work.
All staff carry Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) cards and have been awarded NVQ Level 3 Diplomas in bricklaying, thus proving the advanced knowledge of our building contractors and house builders.
Parker Grears’ reputation in Nuneaton, Hinckley and the surrounding areas precedes us, with client testimonials proving our professional approach to new builds, house extensions and our exemplary property development services.
