Do you take on smaller building jobs?
Yes, within reason. Structural repairs, garage repairs, brickwork, patios and driveways, re-roofs and external works are all things we do, often alongside a larger project. For very small repairs we will tell you honestly if a local tradesperson would serve you better.
Who actually does the work?
Our own team does the structural and building work and we bring in established specialist trades for electrics, plumbing, plastering, roofing and joinery. We manage every trade as principal contractor, so you have one contract and one point of contact.
Are you insured for structural work?
Yes. £5m public liability and £10m employers liability, SMSTS site management and CSCS carded teams. Structural work is designed by an engineer and inspected by building control.
Do you do commercial work?
Small commercial and community projects, yes. Recent examples include accessible toilets at Wembrook Community Centre in Nuneaton and groundworks and play areas at a nursery in Hinckley.
