Sean & Paul have done a fantastic job for us, we've already recommended them to others. What stood out over the 4 month long build project was just how helpful they were. At the start of each week we were given a schedule and that's what happened, no false promises made. Their attention to detail, costs, and timing was just right, it felt like they were doing the work on their own properties they took so much care. Of course there were some minor glitches given the extent of the work, each time we were told to leave it with them and sure it enough it was sorted. Overall, a great team that I'd be all too happy to recommend.

Sean, Paul and the entire team were amazing during our kitchen renovation. The building work was completed on time, and even managed to resolve an unexpected problem we encountered along the way!! All the guys left our house clean and tidy during and after the work was completed.

Really pleased with the level of service and care provided by PG. They acted as main contractor and project manager on our recent renovation and sourced the highest quality subcontractors to the job. They removed a chimney breast from the main bedroom and also moved a wall between bathrooms, whilst managing the various other tradesmen. Timely responses and whenever there was an unforeseen issue, they jumped straight on it and resolved it, making good as required! I would 100% recommend to others and will be going back to them for future work - reliable, high quality finish. Thanks all.

Superb company, could not recommend them enough! The final result surpassed our expectations and we are totally over the moon! The project was fluid, with work being carried out promptly and to an exceptional standard. Sean and Paul took control of every minor detail so that we could sit back and relax. Even with the roof being lifted off the house, minimal disruption occurred. Further structural work was uncovered during the build and dealt with accordingly without impacting the final budget. Any further work we have done will most certainly be done with them. Superb set of guys, very professional in every way, we would highly recommend!

We'd recommend Parker Grears Development. They were efficient and worked really hard. Very friendly team and cleared up after themselves every day. We had an outside Loo and shed conversion into an indoor bathroom, shower and Loo. We were over the moon with the finished job. Excellent professional job and to a very high standard. Sean and his team did a great job.Repairing a garage after someone ran into it. Excellent job was done. Turned up on time and all work, done as quoted. Site cleaned, and left as it was previously. Definitely recommend them and would use them again.
