Garage Conversions & Small Renovations
to £50,000
Garage conversions and small internal renovations
A well-planned garage conversion — home office, extra bedroom, gym, playroom or annexe — or a smaller internal renovation such as a kitchen refit, bathroom refresh or single-room remodel. Most projects in this range take 4 to 8 weeks on site.
Smaller Projects
to £100,000
Single storey extensions and full renovations
Single storey extensions and more substantial kitchen or bathroom refurbishments. This is where most house-extension projects start, and most jobs in this range take 8 to 14 weeks on site.
Larger Extensions
to £200,000
Bigger extensions and fuller renovations
Larger single or double storey extensions, and more extensive internal renovation work. Most projects in this range take 12 to 20 weeks on site.
Whole-House Transformations
to £500,000
Major extensions and full remodels
A major extension combined with a full remodel, or a whole-house transformation from top to bottom, usually running several months on site.

and above
Substantial whole-house and multi-phase schemes
Substantial whole-house schemes, multi-phase projects and new builds, typically delivered in planned stages over a year or more.
